Q1: Do I have to use all 4 inflatables on the same day?
No. Your 4-Pack gives you four separate inflatable rentals to use anytime in 2026. You can spread them out across the year as long as we have availability on your chosen dates.
Q2: What does “free delivery” include?
Free delivery means we bring the inflatable to your location within 30 miles of 6234 Perimeter Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37421, and return to pick it up after your event. Setup is not included – you’re responsible for setting it up and getting it ready for pickup.
Q3: Is setup included?
No. To keep the price this low, setup is not included. We deliver the unit, you set it up following the instructions, and we come back to tear it down and haul it away.
Q4: Are there any extra fees?
Standard cleaning, damage, or excessive dirt fees still apply, just like a normal rental. As long as the inflatable comes back in good condition, there are no surprise charges.
Q5: Is the 4-Pack refundable?
No. The 4-Pack is a prepaid, non-refundable offer available only during our Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotion.
Q6: How many 4-Packs can I buy?
There is a limit of one (1) 4-Pack per household/customer.
